We added full localization for the product and public materials, refreshed reference content, and made report generation more stable.

- Updated survey templates and knowledge base for all supported locales.
- Report generation now runs through a unified runner with automatic cleanup for stale runs.

Organizations can now top up their account balance independently, without contacting a service representative.
