# A space for dialogue, not a control tool

The platform is built on the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement. We believe the best results come when surveys enable honest conversations and collaborative problem‑solving, not blame‑seeking.

From scattered opinions to a transparent search for growth points.

- **Kaizen approach:** 4 stages

ask → see → discuss → verify

## Looking at growth points, not the average score

Scores hide the real issues. Our methodology shifts the focus to qualitative feedback: every complaint becomes a growth point, which the team discusses together and turns into an idea for change.

- The average score increased, but exactly what changed in the processes remains unknown.
- Open answers are read manually, making conclusions subjective.
- The survey only shows what's wrong, but offers no solutions.

## What the methodology is built on

A few basic rules create a safe environment where honesty is not punished but encouraged.

- **Qualitative context over numbers:** Scores are only needed as markers. The true value is hidden in the answers to open questions — that's where the substance for improvement lies.
- **Safe discussion:** Instead of raw text, participants see summarized answers. Sensitive topics are discussed without fear of personal attacks.
- **A service, not a judge:** The service helps structure answers and offers development vectors, but the choice of ideas and responsibility always remain with the team.

- Insights instead of raw text
- Anonymity modes

## Where methodological depth comes from

Every survey is designed as a separate facilitation tool, helping uncover a specific layer of working relationships.

- **Purpose and audience:** Each tool is designed for its specific task: what exactly we want to discuss with the team and what topics we consciously omit.
- **Topic boundaries:** Topics and categories are strictly separated. The signal from the team must be clear and unambiguous.
- **Space for opinions:** For every closed question, we add an invitation to dialogue. It's in the open‑ended responses that valuable context emerges.
- **Calm conclusion:** The survey result is not a harsh verdict, but a starting point for constructive conversation and idea generation.
