## How anonymity works in practice

From survey participation to the overall picture, the service separates useful signal from data that could identify the respondent.

- **Name or pseudonym:** The organization type sets the participation mode. In an anonymous organization, the service assigns a pseudonym; in an open one, participants answer under their own name.
- **Raw answers are hidden:** The raw text of the answer is never shown to the team, managers, or support. The service only retains an anonymized formulation with no identifying details.
- **5‑answer threshold:** The anonymized summary becomes visible only after a question receives at least 5 answers. This lowers the risk of identifying the author from context.
- **Summary without author traces:** Anonymized data is displayed without names, exact timestamps, or submission order. The focus stays on the growth point, not on identifying individuals.

The access rules are simple: raw answers are always hidden, and anonymized summaries are only revealed when there are enough responses.
