Why we build it
A survey should lead to change
It is important for a manager to see not only the score but also the reason behind it. It is important for the team to know that an honest answer will not get lost in a report and will not turn into a blame game.
TealBand helps to collect feedback, see recurring themes, and shape them into clear growth points. Then the team discusses what to fix, and a new measurement shows whether the solution worked.
We are a small, focused team. We build the service openly, rely on the continuous improvement method, and keep in the product only what helps people speak honestly and act together.
