Organization and Teams

Creating an organization

Onboarding wizard and the initial workspace.

Documentation sections

Creating an organization opens a workspace where surveys, teams, participants, results, and growth points will live. Usually, this is the first step after registration, but an organization might not be the only one: if you work with several clients, divisions, or projects, you can create a separate workspace for each.

What to provide

During onboarding, the organization name is set. It appears in navigation and invitations, so it's best to use a clear working name that participants will recognize as their workspace.

There is no anonymization to choose: surveys are anonymized in every organization and participants act under pseudonyms. The conditions for the person answering are therefore the same everywhere, regardless of who created the workspace and when.

Who becomes the owner

The user who creates the organization becomes its owner and receives Admin level access. They can change the name and logo in the settings, create invitations, manage teams, and launch the first surveys.

The owner is responsible for the initial workspace: invite the right people, gather teams, and start the first Ask → See → Discuss → Verify cycle. Raw answers are not shown: anonymized responses and aggregates are used in results when there is enough data for safe display.

What to do next

After creating the organization, open it and bring the basic settings to a working state: refine the name and logo, create teams, or immediately move on to the first survey if you don’t need a team structure yet.

For the first result, it’s easier to follow the quick start: create an organization, take a ready-made survey template, collect responses, summarize the results, and pick one growth point to work on. This way, the organization doesn’t remain an empty shell but immediately becomes a place where the team goes through its first verifiable cycle of improvement.
